About the Role: This role includes managing Salesforce CRM, assisting with content creation, maintaining the website, and developing sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. This role will bridge the gap between the sales and marketing departments, ensuring a seamless flow of information and strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Salesforce CRM Management: Assist with day-to-day CRM maintenance, workflows, and reporting.
- Content Creation: Develop blog posts, social media content, emails, and case studies to promote services.
- Website Management: Update website content and track performance, ensuring SEO optimization.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales materials like presentations and brochures to support the sales team.
- Marketing Support: Help with planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Trade Show & Event Support: Coordinate logistics, assist with planning, and provide on-site support for trade shows, webinars, and other events.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales support.
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of website management and SEO.
- Graphic design, content creation, and social media experience are preferred.
