We are seeking an experienced R365 Implementor to join our team and play a key role in successfully implementing and optimizing Restaurant365 (R365) software for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with several years of R365 experience, a strong accounting background, and a passion for franchise and restaurant accounting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end R365 implementations, ensuring seamless integration with client accounting systems.
  • Configure and customize R365 modules to fit client needs, including AP automation, inventory management, financial reporting, and payroll integration.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current accounting processes and recommend best practices for utilizing R365.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges while optimizing system performance.
  • Work with franchise and restaurant owners to ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting and financial reporting requirements.
  • Engage with other accounting platforms to ensure smooth data migration and integration.
  • Stay updated on R365 updates, features, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Several years of hands-on R365 experience in implementation, training, or system administration.
  • Background in franchise and restaurant accounting with a strong understanding of industry-specific financial processes.
  • Experience with other accounting platforms (such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve technical and accounting-related challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and enjoys project-based work with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • R365 Implementation Program certification is a plus, or willingness to complete the training.

Expected Hours of Work:

This role is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime and weekends may be required during necessary critical periods to meet deadlines or when Doyle Accounting Services DBA, Franchise Fuel is dealing with unpredictable increases in workload.
